What are your expectations for the day? For the meeting you are about to attend? For that date tomorrow night? For what friends and family will do? For that customer that just chose another company over yours? Could you ask some questions to help you through? Am I committed to the relationship? How could this opportunity serve as a learning experience for me? How can I "take the high road" and continue to serve? Maybe it's a opportunity for them to recognize your value? Maybe it's time to let it roll off your back and stay the course of excellence?
