Customer Appreciation and Time

Do your customer know how much you appreciate being able to do business with them?  Are there some customers you need to fire or maybe love a little more?

What could you do that would surprise and delight your customers to let them know how much you appreciate them?  

It doesn't have to be a trip to Belize.....what about a bag of Skittles in your shipments?

Management and Time

Do you have employees?  Are they focused on accomplishing what you need done?  How do you move the pressure from you to them? Have you tried MBWA-Management by Walking Around? 

Dropping in on employees’ work spaces for an informal chat is most effective if you don’t do it on any fixed schedule, since “you’ll realize the greatest returns by seeing what is going on when people aren’t prepared for you,” Annie Stevens of ClearRock says.

Another approach may be "What are you working on today and how can I help?"

Give it a try, you may be surprised what you find. It will be time well spent.  

Responsibility and Time

Who is responsible for planning your day?  Do you have the luxury of doing that yourself?  Does the day fly by and you have been super busy but haven't really accomplished anything of importance?

Discipline and Time

Have you ever looked at your day and thought "there is no way I am going to get all this done today"?  Would disciplining yourself to have laser like focus help you come closer to achieving all you want for your day?
