Have you made any difficult choices today? Was one of them to invest time in that hour of power to upgrade your life? Was another choice to choose a cheerful attitude even though you could have been miffed? Will you make that choice today to do the most important item on your list? That thing that will help you transition from the kindergarten level to the pro level? Is it really all up to you and the choices you make?
Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.

Gratitude and Time
What are you grateful for today? Have you expressed that gratitude in prayer? in a note? out loud-face to face? Are you grateful for any of these things? Hot, running water at the twist of a handle? Bright light to chase away the darkness? Sewer pipes? Space heaters? Fans? Engines of all sorts? Freedom? Abundance? How can you give thanks every time, all the time?
I don't have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness-it's right in front of me if I'm paying attention and practicing gratitude.

Comfort Zone and Time
What is your comfort zone? Why would we stay in it? Why would we be bold enough to step outside of it? What could we accomplish if we stepped up and broke out of the comfort? Does one need to strive for that state of anxiety that being out of the comfort zone creates? What part does it play in personal and professional growth? If we are in a state of anxiety from being out of our comfort zone, will it eat up our time? Is there a way to become comfortable with being uncomfortable?
