Postive Constructive Daydreaming and Time

Have you ever caught yourself daydreaming?  Did you chastise yourself for not staying focused on the task at hand?  Could taking a break to daydream actually help you accomplish more?  How would wishful, playful imagination rejuvenate you?  Would this be a good way to spend 15 minutes of your time?  What if you combined that positive constructive daydreaming with a low key activity such as knitting or riding your bike? Can you feel an increase in energy just thinking about it?

"Daydreaming allows you to play out scenarios where you miraculously save the day.  You play out scenarios in your head that are kind of crazy, and then you personally, heroically resolve them."
-Mark Waters-
