Are you treating your employees like family? Would they be happy to fight right along side with you? Are your people starving for acceptance and appreciation? Do you have the character qualities of a leader? Humble? Servant? Passionate? Could leading more than 8 people be difficult? Why is 5 the ideal ratio? Are you a great leader?
