How many "shiny" eyes are around you? What do those "shiny eyes" indicate? What part do you play in helping others have "shiny eyes"? Who are you being that your team members eyes are not "shiny"? Would following the golden rule contribute to "shiny" eyes? Is investing in your family members, team members and friends having "shiny" eyes a profitable use of your time?
