Are you fluent in speaking the language of your coworkers, customers or spouse? Do they prefer a slow, detailed conversation and plenty of time to process the information? Or do they prefer a few bullet points on what needs to happen? Could learning to present information in a way that your listener prefers make a difference in how the project roles? What will be the outcome if you communicate in your style? Is there more than one way? Will it grant you more time along the way if you learn their language?
"The art of communication is the language of leadership."
