Are unresolved disagreements between coworkers, supervisors or family members weighing on your business? Would taking the time to understand the other point of view allow you to have more mental time because you are no longer preoccupied with this disagreement?
At one time or another, we have all faced the temptation to disconnect by giving someone the silent treatment. ............I have learned that is not the best way to handle a disagreement.
